Graduation Information

Baccalaureate is Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Harmony Grove Baptist Church. Seniors need to be at the church by 6:30 PM with their caps and gowns. (Baccalaureate is not mandatory but encouraged. )

The JV Softball and Varsity Baseball games scheduled for today at Charles City have been cancelled due to the forecasted weather. Varsity Baseball will practice at MHS and JV Softball will practice at MHS.

This is a friendly reminder that if your child has medication in the clinic it needs to be picked up no later than Friday May 30, 2025 at 1:00pm. Students are not permitted to take the medication themselves. The parent or guardian listed on the emergency contacts list will be responsible for pick up or an approved adult by the parent or guardian. ALL medication left after the pick up deadline will be disposed of for the summer. If you have any questions please call the clinic at (804)758-2132. Thank you, Nurse Kate

Junior Class Families- Prom is May 3rd and we are finalizing our plans. We ask you to help your student's junior year, so you can just enjoy the fun their senior year. We need parents to bring food and help clean up on Sunday. Please reach out to Sarah Chowning or Regina South with questions.

Hello, Senior Families, It's time to send in photos of your students for the 2025 graduation video. Please send one of when your child was a toddler (1/2 years old) and one when he/she was in Kindergarten or 1st grade. For your convenience, you can simply take a picture of a picture and email it to jlewis@mcps.k12.va.us or you can bring it in and Ms. Lewis will scan it and hand it right back to you. The deadline is Friday, April 25.
