Recently fifth grade students shared the joy of reading through book buddies with our kindergarten students. Book buddies are a great way to build confidence, provide mentorship, develop community, improve literacy, and foster a love for reading!

Report Cards are heading your way!
With the support of our dedicated volunteers, community partners, and staff, we were able to officially open our new playground area this afternoon. A special "thank you" to the MES PTO, Middlesex Kiwanis, K-Kids, and Operations Department. Your hard work and support have transformed this vision into reality. We hope this playground serves as a reminder of what we can achieve together!

What does it mean to be a Colt? It means to be caring, on-task, learning, trustworthy, and safe. This week Mrs. Balderson's kindergarten class and Mrs. Duke's 2nd grade class celebrated being recognized for their efforts in supporting a safe & positive learning environment. Our fourth grade students' school days have been busy exploring fossils, spending time on the water learning about living organisms, reviewing math skills through glow days, and enjoying a poetry cafe.
