March 2, 2020 Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a private non-profit organization comprised of predominately Black college educated women committed to public service in local communities throughout the world. One of the major programs of the sorority is Educational development. In alignment with this program, the Virginia Northern Neck Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. award scholarship annually to eligible high school seniors.
